How does the delivery process work?

• Once we receive your order, we immediately start manufacturing your ordered products.
• After your ordered phone products are manufactured, they are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
• After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
• We prepare, manufacture, pack, and ship your order to the courier partners within 24 to 48 hours. Also, we always try to ship the orders through fastest courier service available at your Pincode.

Processing Time:

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation.
• During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Time

The delivery time is different from region to region. Orders shipped to the metro and other major cities are delivered within 3 to 5 working days. Orders shipped to all other cities and locations is delivered within 5-7 working days.

Note: Once your order ships, it must go to the address provided at the time you place your order. If you couldn’t receive or pick up your order after three attempts by the courier, it will come back to our warehouse.

Any refund against RTO orders will be not initiated. You can request us to re-ship with new correct address & contact details. We will re-ship the product on next working day.
