Thank you for choosing FarOwl for your mobile accessories needs. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the cancellation of orders placed on our website.

You may request to cancel your order for a refund within 2 hours after the date and time of your order. All cancellation requests will be accepted within 2 hours and we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. In that we deduct Rs. 50 as processing fee for any amount of orders you place on farowlbackup.store.

Cancellations after 2 hours will not be accepted. When you buy any service or products from farowlbackup.store, you agree to these terms.

Incorrect address or phone number

If you have entered an incorrect address or phone number then please contact us at help@farowlbackup.store immediately before the order is dispatched. Once the product is dispatched to our courier partners, we won’t be able to do anything and the product will not be delivered and it will be returned to us later. In this case, the customer has to pay the return shipping charges of 100 Rs. Once we receive your product, we will resend it to you.
